AR1944

AR1944 as the sun sets behind
the Chiricahua Mountains on

Behind tropospheric fields
Of cirrocumulus stratisformis
The Sun is absorbed
With his own rhythms
A flaming sphere
Of magnetic forces
And gamma beta rays

And we are entwined
Though standing at separate poles
Each in our own reverie
Peering through shaded oculi
As he turns his massive red eye
In our direction
And blinks
